Semi-private small group training classes are 1 hour in length and focus on a combination of strength and high intensity interval training (HIIT, also known as metabolic training), along with pre-workout mobility / flexibility drills and detailed warmups.

Group training packages include UNLIMITED training. You pick the days / times that are most convenient for your lifestyle and come as often as you wish. The current class schedule is as follows:

6:00am – Monday / Tuesday / Friday
8:00am – Monday / Tuesday / Friday
9:00am – Monday / Tuesday / Friday
5:00pm – Monday / Wednesday / Thursday

Weekends
10:00am – Saturday
